(Note that the first page is the same as page one in the Statistical Profile Instructions, so you probably already completed that part.)
You should have received an email (or paper packet) with your church's current leaders listed. If you need another copy, just email Libby at CPBA to have it emailed again.

Check the information carefully for any missing or incorrect information.

Please make sure every leader has a unique email address that will go directly to them.

To make changes to a current leader or to add or delete leaders, just make a list of the changes needed, and send it to Libby at CPBA. Be sure to include your name and your church's name.
Making changes to your church Leadership Profile is an involved process. Each green and red button on the Leadership Profile Page opens additional screens for updating each position. For church leaders who feel comfortable making changes to their Leadership Profiles, TBMB has a tutorial posted online that will walk the church user through the myriad steps prompted by these icons.

STEP 4: Messengers RSVP
Due: Oct 1, 2025
Messengers who will be attending the Annual Meeting and representing your church, need to let us know they are coming. They are also invited to the dinner held between the meeting and the worship service.
Submitting this form will be the RSVP for each person listed. If no one is representing your church, please enter “none” in the first blank and send in the form anyway. This will mark Step 4 complete.
